PT. Pakerin is an Indonesian leading manufacturer of industrial paper. Our products include duplex board, kraft liner, test liner, corrugating medium, and core board. We also produce and supply supporting chemical, including Caustic Soda (NaOH), HCl, Sodium Hypochlorite, and PAC. Our company has worked with most offset printing, corrugated boxes factories, and other industries that use aforementioned chemicals in Indonesia, other Asia and Middle East market. In this company, my main responsibilities include directing, monitoring, and coordinating works within the entire corporate value chain. I also set up the performance management systems to ensure all departments work in accordance with the corporate objectives.

Kuryotech Indonesia is a full-service business solution and software development firm with head office in Surabaya, Indonesia. Our main focus is on the development of e-Commerce and business solutions. I co-founded this Company with my brothers, Kent K. Young and Rich K. Young. In Kuryotech, we developed our e-commerce startup – beoku.com, supported by our online media – medioku.com, and provided technological solutions for local businesses in Indonesia. We also developed a desktop and SaaS ERP systems for small to medium sized corporations who require integrated solutions with personalized support and customizable features.

Premink is the manufacturer of water-based inks specialized in paper printings, including offset, corrugated cardboard box, paper sacks, paper bags, etc. Premink’s products are compatible with many reputable machine brands, including TCY, Sunrise, Bobst, Hsieh Hsu, and Eterna. They are available in various colors and customizable in accordance with the paper medium to produce desired color shades. With experience and channels in packaging business, my brothers, I, and our business partners co-founded the company. We started our commercial operation in 2019 supplying boxes mills in Indonesia and quickly expanded our operation to other water-based ink applications, such as balloons, wall paint, etc.

ECON Builder / PT. Teladan is the manufacturer of building construction materials in East Java. The company produces various kinds of concrete products, including bricks, pavestone, bishop’s hat, and curbs.  In this company, we produced specialized patented brick design that can be constructed easily with minimum plaster. As the director in this company, my responsibilities include setting up the company policies and procedures, overseeing the entire company operations to ensure consistent product quality and cost in accordance with the standard, and developing a strategic direction.

Beoku.com is the integrated e-commerce market place that aspires to helping businesses to sell their products through online and offline channels using drop-shipping systems; creating synergies among market participants, and opening up opportunities for self-motivated sellers and entrepreneurs.  Many businesses face difficulty in sourcing their products, selling their product, or conducting business transaction. As founders, my brothers and I believe that these problems can be solved by connecting market participants in one integrated platforms where they can access the necessary information, products, and other resources.

Established in 1993, Javapaperindo is the producer of Machine Glazed (MG), with the annual capacity of 11,000 tonnes. The company has supplied various businesses including F&B, cigarettes, fashion, and many more. In this company, I held a top management position.  My responsibilities include ensuring efficient operation, coordinating works among all departments within the organization and building relationship with strategic stakeholders.
