Paboxin is an offset printing and corrugated box manufacturer based in Sidoarjo, East Java, Indonesia with more 30 years experience in packaging industries. The company has served more than 400 customers from various sizes including SMEs, large, and multinational corporations. In this company, I worked together with the other directors to orchestrate the long term directions of the company and its synergy with our parent companies.

Located in Tangerang, Asia Carton is a producer of paper based industrial products, including corrugated boxes, paper tubes, and paper pallets.  The company serves various industries, including FMCG, F&B, textile, and many more. I work closely with the management of PT. Asia Carton to ensure stable and superior product quality, by assuring the paper quality and delivery, and to align the company with overall family business direction.

Indopack Pratama is the producer of high volume plain, printed, or shelf ready corrugated boxes located in Bekasi, East Java, with annual capacity of 48,000 metric tons and more than decades of experience in the business. The business is previously owned by Amcor Asia, an Australian based global packaging company, before the acquisition by our family corporation. I worked in this company since April 2009, before I moved to our main company. PT. PAKERIN. In this company, my responsibility was ensuring efficient operation, and providing solutions to issues on the entire corporate value chain. As moved to PT. PAKERIN, my responsibility includes coordinating business transactions between Indopack and PAKERIN and ensuring strategic alignment.

PT. Oven Terbuka Nusantara is the company who established Open Oven Bistro and Love Shack Skybar. Open Oven Bistro is a place where youngsters, socialites and the sophisticated business professionals meet. Customers can indulge an array of exotic and elegant fusion foods, beverages, and enjoy unique ambiance. The concept behind Open Oven Bistro is to establish an independent restaurant brand, while maintaining synergy with the Hotel Operator (Maxone). The company also developed Love Shack Skybar to serve guests who want to enjoy night life at the city center of Surabaya.  At this company, I was the co-founder and commissioner before we sell the Company to one of our business partner, who is also the owner of the hotel where the restaurant was established.

Morison International is a global association of professional service firms (accounting, auditing, tax and business consulting) established in 1990. It is ranked by the International Accounting Bulletin as the 9th largest accounting association in the world. In 2012, I worked as part of Morison International Indonesia’s initiative to establish the advisory division in Indonesia, under the name of Avatara Konsultama. With my background in Internal Audit, I worked as an independent senior manager, whose responsibilities include leading and managing the development of audit program, analyzing and preparing the consulting report. One of my clients includes a furniture company that supplies US department stores such as JC Penney, global NGOs, etc.

Vitaflavor is a line of vitamin-enhanced food seasonings & products that can be incorporated into every day cooking processes to bring essential vitamins & minerals to people’s diets in the developing world. The company was started as my school project with the founder Michael Kasseris in Babson. As the co-founder, I believe in the vision and the social contribution we can deliver to this product.  Therefore, we pitched the business plan in front of the VCs in Babson, joined several competitions, and finally developed a working prototype. I worked together with Michael on VitaFlavor until I had to leave Boston, MA to join my family business in Indonesia.
